ECM Agrees Broadcast Rights Deal with CBC Sport in Azerbaijan for European Championships Munich 2022
European Championships Management (ECM) and CBC Sport are pleased to announce a media rights agreement for the broadcasting of the nine sports of the multi-sport European Championships Munich 2022 on free-to-air terrestrial television in Azerbaijan.

From 11–21 August, European Championships Munich 2022 will combine sport and culture as the Bavarian capital last experienced at the 1972 Olympic Games. One month before the start, organisers have announced the concept for the Official Opening on Wednesday, 10 August.

64 teams, 19 nations, 16 groups - exactly 50 days before the start of the European Championships Munich 2022, the draw for the European Beach Volleyball Championships took place in the Bavarian capital. A total of nine German teams will be competing in the title matches at Königsplatz.
