More than 500,000 spectators are expected in Glasgow and Berlin for the 2018 European Championships across the seven sports. Athletics will take place in the German capital’s famous and iconic Olympic stadium and organisers estimate 275,000 tickets will be sold across the six days of competition. Attendances of around 250,000 are expected at the six sports to be contested in and around Glasgow.

European Championships Board agrees 2018 Multi-Sport Programme Sports Programme

The 2018 European Championships Board has finalised the sports programme for the inaugural multisport event in Glasgow and Berlin – featuring a compelling 10-day television schedule from Friday 3 August and sports competition beginning with one day of qualifications on Thursday 2 August, through to Sunday 12 August.
